Programs
Integrated planning, portfolio orchestration, critical path, dependencies, governance, delivery assurance and executive visibility.
Enterprise Transformation Leader & Advisor
Transformation leader who can diagnose Programs + Processes + People + Technology and translate the findings into measurable enterprise outcomes.
I approach transformation with curiosity, rigor and care,
because everything I do, I do it with Love.

Where transformation gets stuck
Between strategy and execution. Programs and projects. Technology and process. Leadership and delivery teams. Decisions and action. People and the systems they're expected to operate within.
That's where I work.
A whole-system lens
Complex transformation doesn't need more activity. It needs clarity about what is actually preventing the organization from moving, and the structure to resolve it.
Integrated planning, portfolio orchestration, critical path, dependencies, governance, delivery assurance and executive visibility.
Current-state diagnosis, process optimization, operating models, decision architecture, simplification and controls.
Leadership alignment, accountability, cross-functional collaboration, organizational clarity and ways of working.
ERP and enterprise transformation, technology-enabled change, AI opportunity, systems integration, data and visibility.
How I work
See the system as it is, not as the org chart says it is.
Create clarity around outcomes, priorities, ownership and decisions.
Redesign the structures, processes and ways of working that create drag.
Turn strategy into coordinated execution with measurable results.
Experience at scale
Experience across enterprise transformation, technology, SAP & ERP implementations, process improvement, governance, and program and portfolio leadership across $40M to $1B+ initiatives in public and private-sector environments.
“Great transformation leadership isn't simply about managing schedules, producing status reports or administering a PMO. It's about creating the conditions for people and systems to seamlessly flow together.”

About Ricki
I'm a builder and problem solver by nature. A challenge, to me, is rarely just something to work around. It's an invitation to look closer: to understand why it exists, uncover what is getting in the way, and imagine what could work better.
That instinct has taken me across enterprise transformation, technology, ERP implementations, process improvement, governance, and program and portfolio leadership. I look across the whole system, connect what may appear disconnected, and turn complexity into a path forward.
At first glance, the work can look highly analytical: systems, processes, plans, governance, technology and data. But underneath all of it is something much more human.
I care deeply about the people within the system. For me, transformation is about creating clarity where there is ambiguity, alignment where there are competing priorities, and the conditions for people to do their best work together. That is where challenge becomes possibility, and possibility becomes measurable change.
The philosophy underneath it all
Across industries, organizations, technologies and transformations, the work may look different. The philosophy underneath it never has.
Understand the system. Find the gaps. Reverse-engineer the solution.
Care deeply about the people within it.
Challenge what isn't working. Optimize what can be better.
Create clarity from complexity. Leave it better than you found it.
For me, transformation has never been only about improving systems. It's about what becomes possible for the people within them.
And through all of it, everything I do, I do it with Love.

Let's talk transformation
If the strategy is sound but execution feels fragmented, visibility is limited, or the organization isn't moving as one system, let's talk.
